Privacy Policy

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's Internet Protocol address, the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on the Application, and the operating system you use on your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and unique account identifiers. If you make a purchase, the Application may collect your transaction history. Additionally, if you use the recipe creation features, the Application will collect the photos you provide. Please note that these photos and recipe details may be visible to other users if you choose to share your recipes.

The Application uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect usage data, including app interactions, recipe views, search terms, and feature usage. Firebase Analytics also collects device identifiers and approximate location derived from IP address. This data is used to improve the Application and understand how users interact with it.

The Application collects crash logs and diagnostic information to help the Service Provider identify and fix technical issues and improve the stability of the Application.

Information, including pseudonymized identifiers and usage data, is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law, to protect their rights or the safety of others, or with trusted service providers who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect and analyze usage data. Data collected through Firebase may be processed by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including your recipes and photos). To do so, please use our account deletion page at https://bevete.com/delete-account or contact us at ciao@bevete.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact ciao@bevete.com.

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
